Your privacy is important to us. It is JuicyGrape Apps' ("We" or "us") policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our software ("Apps") or website, www.juicygrapeapps.com, and other sites we own and operate.

1. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

We collect your personal information in order to provide you with a service.

We collect the following personal information about you:

• Information you volunteer - when you send information via an email or contact us via our contact page, we collect your email address, and the personal information you provided us.

• Device information - we collect certain device information that gets automatically recorded when you install our Apps such as your IP address, Device OS, Device advertising id.# 

• Website: We collect information about your use of our sites through third party cookies (see question 3).

• Pill Master (app)

  • App: Linking- your name and email.

  • App: Medical Information - your prescription and dose information (collectively called your “Medical Information”).

We will only collect personal identity information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.

2. Why Do We Collect Your Personal Information?

For what purposes does JuicyGrape Apps process your personal Information?

• To provide you a service. We use your personal information to provide you with your requested service, 

• To troubleshoot and support service. Analyse performance, fix errors, give you support and improve the quality of the service.

• Comply with legal obligations. We may collect and use your personal information to comply with laws and regulatory obligations.

• Communicate with you. We may use your personal information email

• Advertising. We may process your personal information to display interest-based ads, or to inform you of any offers or updates for our services. (you can opt out of marketing by sending our "Contact us" form with your email and "I don't require marketing materials" checked or on any emails you receive there will be a link where you can opt out of marketing.

• Purposes for which we ask for your consent. We may also ask for your consent to process your personal information for a specific purpose. When you consent to our processing your personal information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time and we will stop processing of your data for that purpose.

3. What are Cookies?

As well as Google's third-party cookies we also use “Google Analytics” and "Google Firebase" to collect analytical data "Google Analytics" and "Google Firebase" collect information such as how often users visit our website or how often the service is used, we use the information we get from "Google Analytics" and "Google Firebase" only to improve our service. 4. Do We Share Your Personal Information?

Your privacy is extremely important to us, We are not in the business of selling personal information to others. We only share unidentifiable personal information as described in this Privacy Notice including the protection of JuicyGrape Apps and its users or partners, We release personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our terms and conditions and other agreements; or protect the rights, property or safety of JuicyGrape Apps, our users and/or our partners.

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service and comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.

What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. 

6. International Data Transfers?

Some of our service providers may be located outside the EEA/European Economic Area. We will only transfer your data to countries approved by the European Commission and use acceptable means to protect it from any unauthorised access, be advised there is always a risk involved when transferring any data, we can not guarantee with absolute certainty the security and privacy of any data being transferred using the service, you do this at your own risk.

1.   You may request to view, update or delete any personal information that is being processed.
2.   Request deletion of your personal information (deletion can be done anytime in App).

5.   Request to restrict processing of your Personal Information by us.
6.   Object to the processing of personal information by us.
7.   Make a complaint to a supervisory authority.

7. Are Children Allowed To Use The Service?

Our service is intended for use by persons 18 years of age and older, the service is not intended for any person under the age of 16, we will not knowingly collect personal Information from any person under this age. JuicyGrape Apps reserves the right to remove any users that we believe are under age.

8. Links To Other Sites?

Our software and website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

9. How Do I Turn Off Ad Personalised Ads?

General Data Protection Regulation for EU and UK (GDPR) & California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) compliance.

Our Apps may give you the option to revoke your consent by turning off personal ads at anytime or you can upgrade the app to the full version to remove adverts completely, if they do not then you should not use the app if you do not want personal ads.

We used adverts in our free versions as the source of revenue this is what allows us to provide you the Service for free. Personalized adverts need your consent if you live in the EU, UK, or California as they use your devices advertising id to identify adverts your more likely to be interested in, our Apps will present you with a welcome form explaining this you should read this carefully before using our apps.  Do not use our Apps if you do not want your advertising is to be collected.

Advertising 

We rely on third party advertising partners who follow our code of conduct to supply adverts, if you have any issues with any advertisement displayed in our Apps please contact us.  We cannot accept responsibility or liability for any third parties actions.

If you wish to opt-out of personalised adverts on your Android device all together you need to do this in the device's settings, To opt-out completely go to Settings > Google > Ads,  be advised this option will effect every application not just our Apps on your device.

We use the sender's email address to identify data and confirm ownership of requested data, without confirmation of ownership we will not give out any information.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.

At any time, you can stop the collection of your information by uninstalling the Apps.

Your continued use of our software or website will be regarded as acceptance of our practices around privacy and personal information. If you have any questions about how we handle user data and personal information, feel free to contact us.

By using our software or accessing thAUGe website at www.juicygrapeapps.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our software including this site. Our software and materials contained in our software including this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use Licence

• Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on JuicyGrape Apps' website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a licence, not a transfer of title, and under this licence you may not:

• 1.   Modify or copy the materials;
  2.   Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non commercial);
  3.   Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software owned by JuicyGrape Apps;
  4.   Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
  5.   Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

• This licence shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by JuicyGrape Apps at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this licence, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

• Our software and the materials on JuicyGrape Apps' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. JuicyGrape Apps makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

• Further, JuicyGrape Apps does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of its software or materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site and is not subject to the delays.  We are not liable for any injuries sustained or finacial losses incurred by using our software.  

4. Limitations

In no event shall JuicyGrape Apps or its suppliers and partners be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption, injuries, health impact or financial loss of any kind) arising out of the use or inability to use its software or the materials on JuicyGrape Apps' website, even if JuicyGrape Apps or a JuicyGrape Apps authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of materials

The materials appearing on JuicyGrape Apps' software or website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JuicyGrape Apps does not warrant that any of the materials on its software or website are accurate, complete or current. JuicyGrape Apps may make changes to the materials contained in its software or website at any time without notice. However JuicyGrape Apps does not make any commitment to update the materials.

JuicyGrape Apps has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by JuicyGrape Apps of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Modifications

JuicyGrape Apps may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using our software including this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

8. Advertising

JuicyGrape Apps may collect your device's advertising id to provide you with a better service and by using our Services you are agreeing for us to collect your devices advertising id.

9. Rewards

JuicyGrape Apps may offer rewards such as digital currency in our Services but any digital currency currency in our Services is not actual currency and cannot be used as such.  It is only for use in our Services so we may gift products to the user.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
